PuckList Marketplace Rules

When you list equipment, you must provide:

• •accurate item descriptions
• •honest condition information
• •disclosure of known defects or damage
• •the appropriate category
• •an accurate asking price
• •photos that reasonably represent the item

• •stolen property
• •counterfeit equipment
• •fraudulent listings
• •illegal goods
• •recalled products where resale is prohibited
• •equipment deliberately misrepresented as certified or safe
• •unrelated prohibited goods
• •listings intended primarily for scams, spam, advertising, or phishing

Sellers must not conceal:

• •cracks
• •structural damage
• •major repairs
• •modifications
• •known certification or expiry issues
• •other defects that could materially affect safe use

Buyers should inspect used equipment before using it. See the Safety page for more guidance.

The following is not allowed on PuckList:

• •harassment
• •threats
• •hate or abusive conduct
• •fraud
• •phishing
• •spam
• •impersonation
• •attempts to circumvent suspensions
• •misuse of reporting
• •attempts to manipulate marketplace systems

When meeting and paying for gear, we encourage:

• •public meeting locations
• •inspecting gear before payment
• •traceable payment methods
• •caution with deposits
• •avoiding suspicious requests to move communication off-platform immediately
• •never sharing passwords or verification codes

Violations of these rules may result in:

• •listing rejection
• •listing removal
• •account restrictions
• •suspension
• •termination
• •other reasonable protective action
